The brief

Construction companies rarely fail on building work — they fail on the paperwork surrounding it. Money committed to sub-contractors that nobody has reconciled, materials issued to the wrong project, payroll built from attendance sheets that arrive a week late. This platform pulls all of it into one system: every project carries a budget, its milestones, its expenses and its customer invoices, while the same database tracks the employees on site, what they were paid, which sub-contractor holds which contract and what variation orders have been agreed since. Stock moves between locations with a record at each step, and eight permission-based roles decide who sees payroll and who only sees their own site. The dashboard opens on the four numbers a director actually asks for: active projects, total contract value, outstanding receivables and outstanding payables.
