The brief

Most clinical software sold in Sri Lanka is English-only, which quietly forces a practice to hire around its software rather than for its medicine. This system is written in Sinhala throughout — navigation, forms, patient records and reports — because the people using it work in Sinhala all day. Behind that, it does the two jobs an Ayurvedic centre needs at once: the clinical side keeps patients, treatments, consultation history and appointments; the pharmacy side handles medicines, stock, goods received and dispensing against the same patient record. A treatment and the medication given for it become one connected event rather than two disconnected books.

  • Interface entirely in Sinhala, for staff who work in Sinhala
  • Patient registration with a permanent clinic reference number
  • Treatment records and consultation history per patient
  • Appointment scheduling with agenda and month views
  • Pharmacy dispensing linked to medicines, stock and GRN
  • Follow-up reminders and a daily patient queue
