The brief

After building the same hospitality features more than once, we turned them into a product rather than a habit. NovaGen POS is the configurable base: dining tables and held orders for restaurant service, rooms and bookings with status logging for the front desk, and a shared guest record so the two sides are one business rather than two. Each deployment switches on what that property needs and configures the rest, which means a new site opens in days instead of being quoted as a fresh build.
