The brief

Built for a distributor running field representatives, this system ties stock, sales and collections to the person responsible for them. Products, suppliers and customers are managed centrally; representatives are assigned territories and their sales and receipts roll up against their own accounts. Daily expenses are captured at the point they happen, categorised, and folded into the monthly picture — the dashboard opens on a twelve-month sales summary and a quick-add expense form, because those are the two things the owner touched every day.
