The brief

Somebody looking for mental health support is rarely ready to pick up a phone, and a site that offers only a contact number loses them. We built two clear entry points — mental health support and lifestyle management — each listing the conditions the programme actually treats, so a visitor can find their own situation named before deciding anything. From there the options escalate gently: read the information, ask the doctor a question, or book an appointment. The team publishes their own articles through WordPress, which for a programme that also does public health awareness was a requirement rather than a convenience.
