The brief

A restaurant in a tourist town has two very different repeat customers: the local who returns monthly, and the tour guide who brings thirty people at a time. They deserve different follow-up, so the form separates them at the point of capture. Contact then happens over WhatsApp rather than email, because in Negombo that is the channel people actually read.
