The brief

A veterinary practice runs two businesses at once: clinical care and a retail pharmacy. Pet Ray was tracking the first on paper and the second in a spreadsheet, with no link between them. We built a single system where an animal is registered once and carries its examination history, vaccination record and laboratory results from then on. The pharmacy side handles product categories, units, suppliers, goods received notes and invoicing against the same customer records, so a consultation and the medication dispensed after it are part of one transaction rather than two. A dashboard surfaces vaccinations falling due in the next ten days, which turned a manual diary check into something the system does on its own.
